Buddy Duchamp has had a guitar in his hand since the age of 13. Buddy literally broke a leg and asked his father to get him a guitar. Since then 42 years later, he now builds them for many accomplished musicians. And is taking the time to help local musicians in the Acadiana area. Buddy decided to agree to explain his work on video for the Live And Local segment “Guitar Talk.” Enjoy not only a great time describing some of Buddy’s favorite guitars, but getting to know Buddy as a person, a musician, and as a songwriter.
