Route 92 was one of the first locations in the area to bring Live Music to Youngsville, LA and they are bringing even more in 2015 to the area! Route 92 has a full line-up for the month of January 2015 already with great artists such as Chris Ardoin & the Zydeco Nu Step Jan 16, Dustin Sonnier & The WANTED will be there on Jan 23. This Saturday Night Jan10, 2015 they will be bringing for the first time Roddie Romero & The Hub City All Stars! The show starts at 10pm and the doors will open at 4pm. Come early and grab a table and a drink to get the dancing started!
We asked Bert Istre what he what like to say to the public who have not yet made the trip to Youngsville, LA yet: Here is what he told us: “We are not one genre, we are the total package, from 80’s Dance, Zydeco, Rock, Blues, Cajun, & Country Music! Route 92 is a great place to place to follow in 2015 for Live Music! If you go, and there is no live music, pool tables are available 7 days week!
Route 92 books 80’s cover band Bag of Donuts quarterly, Local Rock Band One Trick Pony, Geno Delafosse & French Rockin Boogie, Kip Sonnier, & Locals 5th Avenue on a regular basis. You can also find DJ Francis in between sets. For the past year, we can say there is always something happening, and always something getting booked just around the corner we have seen John Conlee, Wayne Toups, 2 Live Crew, Juvenile, and Country Music Great John Anderson all in 2014 just to name a few!
