Tonight’s picks for Thursday Night

Denton Hatcher at The Blue Moon Saloon – starting around 9 pm Every time I have seen Denton Hatcher or listened to his CD I have enjoyed myself. He is not around but maybe three or four times a year, so yes it’s a recommendation to enjoy some great sounds.

Musicians Night at Scandals – Local Musicians, get together and have a jam night session. It’s rather entertaining because there are mixed genre sets of music, because let’s faceb it different musicians are trying out different styles randomly. It’s a great idea to just hear msuicians at work and you never know who is going to show up.  Starts at 9pm

Rhythms on the River – Tonight is the last night of Rhythms on the River for the season. Great no cover concert in the center of Lafayette, LA’s River Ranch. starting around 5:30 – 6pm and tonight is the Chee Weez.

Boil And Oil in The Oil Center – On the top of the Oil center Parking Tower is going to be a party today from 5:30pm – 6pm! Guests buy a ticket, and enjoy crawfish and live music from T’Monde.  It’s a great day for this event especially on the top floor! more about this event is available here.
